Santa Clara Convention Center

Santa Clara Convention Center is a large convention facility operated by Spectra Venue Management. They occupy a little over 302,000 square feet. This is the largest convention facility when you visit Silicon Valley with the exception of the San Jose Convention Center, or if you include Levi Stadium just down the street.

The freeway access and parking in Santa Clara seems to be more convenient than San Jose. It is located just down the street from the San Francisco 49ers football stadium and across the street from Great America amusement park.

I have attended countless banquets and meetings here with Silicon Valley Leadership Group, and they were always very well done. Santa Clara Convention Center provides excellent food service for extremely large groups. The Santa Clara Chamber of Commerce was also gracious enough to host our meetings with the Silicon Valley Chamber of Commerce Alliance at no charge for many years. Spectra Venue Management recently won the bid to be the new operator for the Convention Center and took over the management in 2019.
