Picchetti Winery is one of the easiest winery to access in Silicon Valley. It is one of three wineries we feature on Montebello Road in Cupertino. All three wineries being over 120 years old each. Picchetti is located at the base of the mountain, whereas the other wineries are another 5-10 minutes up the road.

Picchetti Winery does not, as yet, require reservation as the other wineries do. They have reds, whites, and ports. Only $20 to taste five wines and a 10% discount included on purchases. Picchetti wines can only be bought at the winery.

The land is owned and preserved by Midpeninsula Regional Open Space District and leased to the winery. It is now family operated by Leslie Pantling who has preserved the Picchetti name of the original owners from 1872.

The tasting room is in a restored rustic brick storage barn. Their wines range from just under $40 to $90. Beautiful setting in a rustic barn tasting room and beautiful 14k gold screen printed bottles. Check with the winery regarding the opening of their picnic tables.
