The neighbors watched this campus develop for more than a decade of planning, obtaining permits, and construction. It can handle 12,000 employees with all underground parking. The project itself cost around 5 billion dollars and covers 175 acres with 2.8 million square feet of buildings. Its solar panels on the roof generate 17 megawatts of electricity.
